Pertamina Patra Niaga bersama Polda dan Pemprov Sumatera Barat melakukan inspeksi mendadak ke SPBU di Padang untuk memperkuat pengawasan penyaluran BBM Subsidi agar tepat sasaran. Hasil sidak menemukan indikasi kendaraan dengan nomor polisi tidak sesuai, namun SPBU menolak melakukan pengisian sebagai bentuk kepatuhan. Sepanjang 2026, Pertamina telah memberikan 31 sanksi, mengajukan pemblokiran sekitar 5.000 nomor polisi, serta melakukan alih pengelolaan terhadap 6 SPBU di Sumatera Barat.
