BPKH Batasi AI 'Tanya Haji', Belum Beri Jawaban Fikih
BPKH membatasi fitur AI 'Tanya Haji' di BPKH Apps agar belum dapat mengeluarkan pendapat hukum atau menjawab persoalan fikih haji secara mandiri demi menjaga akurasi dan rujukan informasi keagamaan. Saat ini AI hanya menjawab persoalan seputar haji, umrah, dan perencanaan keuangan haji berdasarkan basis data internal, sementara rujukan fatwa MUI tersedia secara elektronik di aplikasi. BPKH tengah berkoordinasi dengan MUI untuk kemungkinan melatih AI agar ke depan dapat menjawab pertanyaan fikih masyarakat.
