Nicolo Bulega, pemuncak klasemen sementara World Superbike 2026, dipastikan pindah ke MotoGP mulai musim 2027 bersama Tim Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing setelah dikontrak Ducati, menyusul rivalnya Toprak Razgatlioglu yang lebih dahulu debut di Pramac-Yamaha. Bulega memilih VR46 karena sudah lama mengenal tim tersebut sejak bergabung dengan Akademi Pebalap VR46 dan sempat turun sebagai wildcard Moto3 serta pebalap reguler Moto3 2016-2018. Kedatangan Bulega melengkapi formasi VR46 musim depan bersama Aldeguer, menggantikan Di Giannantonio yang pindah ke KTM dan Morbidelli yang diyakini ke Superbike.
