Sekjen PBB Antonio Guterres Prihatin Eskalasi Militer Israel di Libanon Selatan
Sekjen PBB Antonio Guterres menyatakan keprihatinan mendalam atas eskalasi operasi militer Israel di Libanon selatan yang telah menewaskan puluhan warga sipil, mengungsi sekitar 20.000 orang, serta merusak fasilitas kesehatan dan infrastruktur publik seperti Rumah Sakit Ghandour. UNIFIL melaporkan peningkatan signifikan aktivitas militer Israel termasuk operasi darat dan serangan udara, serta peluncuran proyektil oleh Hizbullah untuk pertama kalinya sejak akhir Juni.
