Danantara melalui Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDKMP) akan menjadikan Kopdes sebagai pusat distribusi subsidi pemerintah di tingkat desa untuk sistem yang lebih terintegrasi dan terkontrol. Pemerintah menargetkan terbentuknya single data penerima subsidi guna memperbaiki ketepatan sasaran dan mengurangi kebocoran. Dony Oskaria memperkirakan perbaikan ini dapat menghemat subsidi yang tidak tepat sasaran sekitar Rp150 triliun per tahun.
