Presiden Prabowo ingin seluruh WNI berusia 17 tahun ke atas memiliki rekening bank, dengan target sekitar 200 juta rekening melalui BRI dan BSI serta saldo awal Rp50.000 yang dapat ditarik. Pemerintah memperkirakan kebutuhan anggaran mencapai Rp11 triliun. Menko Airlangga menegaskan dana tersebut bukan saldo mengendap karena pemilik rekening bebas menariknya.
