Deputy IV Bakom RI Ulta Levenia merespons tudingan bahwa Presiden Prabowo "kabur" ke Rusia saat karhutla melanda Kalimantan dengan menegaskan bahwa Presiden justru turun langsung ke lapangan. Presiden mengunjungi Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat, pada 22 Agustus 2026, memimpin rapat pembagian komando penanganan karhutla di Palangka Raya, dan baru bertolak ke Rusia setelah sistem penanganan dan rantai komando terbentuk dengan melibatkan TNI-Polri di wilayah terdampak.
