OJK mencatat outstanding pembiayaan pinjol tumbuh 24,76% yoy menjadi Rp105,63 triliun pada Juli 2026, dengan TWP90 terjaga di 4,32%. Dari 94 penyelenggara, tujuh belum memenuhi ekuitas minimum Rp12,5 miliar namun telah menyampaikan action plan, sementara 34 penyelenggara dikenai sanksi administratif sepanjang Agustus 2026. OJK juga mendorong perluasan akses pembiayaan pindar bagi UMKM, salah satunya melalui penandatanganan nota kesepahaman di Bali dalam Fintech Lending Days 2026.
