Kementerian Kehutanan menyegel lokasi bekas karhutla di Desa Sungai Awan Kiri, Kalimantan Barat, yang mulai ditanami sawit setelah asap padam, sesuai perintah Presiden Prabowo. Penyegelan disertai penyitaan satu alat berat, dan proses hukum tengah berjalan di Polda Kalimantan Barat bersama Gakkum Kehutanan dan Polri. Prabowo sendiri menyoroti adanya unsur kesengajaan pembakaran lahan untuk pembukaan kebun sawit baru di Kalimantan dan Sumatra.
