Jaksa KPK menampilkan foto pertemuan Forum SATHU dengan Dirut PT Maktour Fuad Hasan Masyhur dan Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas dalam sidang kasus korupsi kuota haji tambahan 2023-2024. Saksi Ridwan mengenali sebagian peserta namun tidak tahu soal kehadiran Fuad, yang justru terlihat dalam foto tersebut. Kasus ini merugikan negara sekitar Rp622 miliar dan melibatkan 313 Penyelenggara Ibadah Haji Khusus.
