Gubernur Banten Andra Soni melaporkan kasus ISPA di Banten melonjak 2,5 kali lipat dari sekitar 2.000 menjadi 4.500 kasus akibat paparan abu vulkanik erupsi Gunung Anak Krakatau. Pemprov meminta Dinas Lingkungan Hidup melakukan uji mutu udara dan memperpanjang pembelajaran jarak jauh hingga Jumat (11/9) untuk melindungi kesehatan siswa. Gunung Anak Krakatau masih berstatus Siaga (Level III) dengan abu bergerak ke arah samudra, sehingga masyarakat diimbau tetap waspada.
