Apa Dampak Utang Kereta Cepat Whoosh yang Dilimpahkan ke Pemerintah?
Pemerintah dan Danantara sepakat mengalihkan 60 persen saham konsorsium BUMN di KCIC ke Kemenkeu melalui special mission vehicle (SMV), dijadwalkan rampung pertengahan September 2026, guna memisahkan risiko utang Whoosh dari neraca BUMN. Nilai investasi proyek KCJB mencapai 7,2 miliar dolar AS dengan 75 persen dibiayai pinjaman China Development Bank, dan cicilan utang setelah restrukturisasi tenor hingga 80 tahun sekitar Rp 1 triliun per tahun.
