Jaksa KPK menunjukkan foto ruang kerja Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Djaka Budhi Utama yang sempat disegel saat penindakan, tetapi segel disebut telah dilepas tanpa sepengetahuan KPK. Sidang perkara dugaan korupsi tersebut memeriksa keterangan Budiman Bayu Prasojo dan Ayu Sukorini terkait letak ruangan serta akses menuju ruang kerja Djaka, sementara para Terdakwa diduga menerima dana dari pihak usaha terkait dengan kegiatan impor dan usaha rokok.

Defendants allegedly received Rp5,278,500,000 in cash.

Money sources included John Field, owner of Blueray Cargo Group.
Other money sources included Dedy Kurniawan Sukolo (Operational Manager of Customs Clearance at Blueray Cargo Group port) and Andri (Head of Import Documentation Team at Blueray Cargo Group).
