Polresta Klaten Tangkap Dua Pelaku Penyalahgunaan BBM Subsidi Pertalite
Polresta Klaten meringkus dua tersangka berinisial Dwi S dan Sri M, warga Gantiwarno, atas kasus penyalahgunaan BBM subsidi jenis Pertalite yang dilakukan dengan memodifikasi mobil Luxio dan mengganti pelat nomor kendaraan saat pengisian di sejumlah SPBU. Kedua tersangka mengambil Pertalite sebanyak 900 liter per hari untuk dijual kembali dengan keuntungan Rp2.000 per liter, menyebabkan kerugian negara sekitar Rp378 juta selama tujuh bulan beroperasi. Keduanya dijerat Pasal 40 angka 9 UU No 6 Tahun 2023 dengan ancaman pidana penjara paling lama enam tahun.
