Danantara Indonesia dan BP BUMN mendukung pembahasan serta pengesahan RUU Reforma Agraria untuk memberikan kepastian hukum atas aset BUMN yang bermasalah, termasuk pencatatan ganda, okupasi fisik, dan tumpang tindih dengan kawasan kehutakan. Sengketa kepemilikan dan penguasaan ilegal selama ini menghambat optimalisasi aset BUMN, sehingga diperlukan regulasi pertanahan yang terpadu, dengan tetap memperhatikan pencatatan aset dalam neraca keuangan dan tata kelola perusahaan, termasuk bagi BUMN terbuka.
