BPJPH menerbitkan Peraturan BPJPH Nomor 4 Tahun 2026 tentang Pemastian Kesesuaian Produk Halal Luar Negeri yang Masuk ke Indonesia, yang mewajibkan produk impor tetap diverifikasi kehalalannya meskipun telah memiliki sertifikat halal dari negara asal.
