BPJPH menerbitkan Peraturan BPJPH Nomor 4 Tahun 2026 tentang Pemastian Kesesuaian Produk Halal Luar Negeri yang Masuk ke Indonesia, yang mewajibkan produk impor tetap diverifikasi kehalalannya meskipun telah memiliki sertifikat halal dari negara asal. Peraturan ini bertujuan memberikan kepastian halal bagi konsumen sekaligus kejelasan bagi pelaku usaha dalam memenuhi ketentuan Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH), sesuai amanat UU Nomor 33 Tahun 2014.
