Sarjito Resmi Dilantik Jadi Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas BMKS OJK
Sarjito resmi dilantik sebagai Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Bursa Mineral dan Komoditas Strategis (BMKS) OJK oleh Mahkamah Agung pada 9 September 2026, berdasarkan Keppres Nomor 90/P tahun 2026 yang ditandatangani Presiden Prabowo pada 31 Agustus 2026. Ia akan memimpin BMKS selama periode 2026-2031 sekaligus merangkap sebagai Anggota Dewan Komisioner OJK, dengan pelantikan didasari mandat dari UU Nomor 4 Tahun 2026 tentang P2SK. Pelantikan ini merupakan bagian dari persiapan OJK membangun kerangka pengaturan, pengawasan, dan infrastruktur pendukung BMKS untuk mewujudkan perdagangan mineral dan komoditas strategis yang tertib, transparan, serta memperkuat pembentukan harga komoditas di dalam negeri.
