Perlindungan Perempuan Buruh Sawit Jangan Hanya Formalitas, Pastikan Hak Kerja Layak Dipenuhi
Pemerintah melalui KPPPA dan Kemenko Perekonomian bersama UNDP mensosialisasikan Pedoman Pengarusutamaan Gender (PUG) di Sektor Kelapa Sawit di Jakarta pada 9 September 2026, sebagai tindak lanjut peluncuran pedoman pada 20 Juli 2026. Pedoman ini dirancang untuk mengatasi ketimpangan gender yang dialami jutaan perempuan di rantai produksi sawit, mulai dari keterbatasan akses lahan, pembiayaan, teknologi, perlindungan kerja, hingga minimnya keterlibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pemerintah berharap pedoman tersebut diterjemahkan secara konkret dalam kebijakan, program, dan praktik bisnis, serta memperkuat implementasi pembangunan sawit berkelanjutan dan Sistem Sertifikasi ISPO sesuai Perpres Nomor 16 Tahun 2025.
