Kuasahukum Dokter Tifa meminta salinan berita acara pemeriksaan (BAP) ahli dan saksi ke Kejari Jakarta Selatan untuk memperkuat nota perlawanan dalam kasus ijazah mantan Presiden Jokowi. Majelis hakim di PN Jakarta Timur telah memerintahkan Jaksa Penuntut Umum untuk menyerahkan BAP tersebut, namun Jaksa belum menyerahkannya meskipun diperintahkan. Mereka membutuhkan BAP yang berisi 26 orang saksi termasuk empat ahli di bidang Digital Forensik, Psikologi, dan Bahasa.
