BMKG Ungkap Hasil Pantauan Tsunami di Selat Sunda
BMKG telah memasang lebih dari 20 tsunami gauge, 20 lebih sensor seismograf, dan high frequency radar di sekitar Selat Sunda untuk memantau aktivitas Gunung Anak Krakatau, namun hingga kini belum ditemukan anomali kenaikan muka air laut maupun indikasi tsunami. Hasil pemantauan melalui tiga rekaman magnet bumi di Lampung Selatan, Serang, dan Sukabumi menunjukkan kecenderungan penurunan aktivitas erupsi dibandingkan erupsi pada 4 dan 5 September 2026. Informasi tersebut disampaikan Kepala BMKG Teuku Faisal Fathani dalam rapat terbatas yang dipimpin Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada Senin (7/9/2026).
