Kementerian HAM meminta Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) memulihkan hak korban keracunan Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) bersama pemerintah dan swasta, berpedoman pada standar HAM termasuk Maastricht Guidelines. Pedoman ini menegaskan kewajiban negara menghormati, melindungi, dan memenuhi HAM, dengan keterbatasan sumber daya bukan alasan membebaskan tanggung jawab, sehingga korban berhak atas restitusi, kompensasi, rehabilitasi, jaminan tidak berulang, dan mekanisme hukum. Kementerian HAM juga meminta BGN membentuk unit khusus yang mengurusi layanan pemulihan dalam pelaksanaan program MBG.
