Rupiah menguat 8 poin menjadi Rp17.632 per dolar AS pada perdagangan Selasa, dipengaruhi meningkatnya posisi cadangan devisa Indonesia yang mencapai 146,5 miliar dolar AS pada akhir Agustus 2026. Kenaikan cadev tersebut terutama ditopang penerimaan pajak dan jasa, penarikan pinjaman luar negeri pemerintah, serta kebijakan stabilisasi BI di tengah ketidakpastian pasar keuangan global. BI menilai posisi cadev yang setara 5,4 bulan impor ini mampu menopang ketahanan sektor eksternal dan menjaga stabilitas makroekonomi Indonesia.
