MBG Watch: Siswa Korban Keracunan MBG di SMAN 1 Lasem Rembang Trauma

Tim MBG Watch menjenguk siswa SMAN 1 Lasem Rembang yang masih dirawat inap akibat dugaan keracunan Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG), di mana total korban mencapai 777 orang (752 siswa dan sisanya guru). Siswa mengaku trauma dan memilih membawa bekal dari rumah atau memeriksa makanan terlebih dahulu sebelum mengonsumsi MBG kembali, dengan menegaskan bahwa kejadian ini merupakan konsekuensi nyata dari kelalaian tata kelola program MBG. Beberapa orang tua bahkan meminta evaluasi total, termasuk opsi penggantian dengan bantuan uang jajan, sementara biaya pengobatan ditanggung oleh SPPG.

Other students said they would only eat MBG again if pre-checked first.
MBG Watch identified a traumatic response among hospitalized students.
Some parents of hospitalized students demanded a total evaluation of MBG program implementation.
Some parents suggested replacing MBG meals with direct cash stipends.
Galau described the case as a consequence of negligence in MBG program governance, not an unavoidable accident.
MBG Watch pledged continued support for victims, including potential legal material claims by families.
Treatment and hospitalization costs for SMAN 1 Lasem victims were covered by SPPG.
