Korban Keracunan MBG Bisa Ajukan Gugatan Pidana, Begini Langkahnya

Around a dozen SMAN 1 Lasem students were still hospitalized as of noon on September 5, 2026.
The alleged MBG poisoning at SMAN 1 Lasem produced 777 total victims, including 752 students and the rest teachers.
Four hospitalized students interviewed by MBG Watch reported eating no food other than MBG before showing poisoning symptoms.
Several hospitalized students expressed reluctance to consume MBG again, with some preferring to bring food from home.
Some parents of hospitalized students demanded a total evaluation of the MBG program, suggesting cash allowances instead of food.
Galau stated the poisoning cases are a direct consequence of negligence in MBG program management, not unavoidable accidents.
MBG Watch pledged to continue supporting victims, including families willing to file material lawsuits.
Medical and hospitalization costs for SMAN 1 Lasem victims were covered by SPPG.
