Pasangan suami istri berinisial M (34) dan T (39) dibekuk Polsek Babulu bersama Jatanras Polda Kaltim di Balikpapan atas dugaan pencurian Yamaha Nmax di Desa Babulu Darat, PPU, kurang dari 24 jam setelah laporan korban yang kehilangan motor seusai melayat. Polisi menyita barang bukti berupa rekaman CCTV, kunci motor, dan unit Yamaha Nmax biru. Kedua tersangka dijerat Pasal 477 ayat (1) KUHP dengan ancaman pidana penjara tujuh tahun.

Suspects face charges under Article 477 paragraph (1) of Law No. 1/2023 (KUHP).
Charge carries a maximum prison sentence of 7 years.
