MBG Watch Sebut Korban Keracunan MBG Bisa Ajukan Gugatan Pidana

Anggota MBG Watch Galau D. Muhammad menyatakan korban keracunan Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dapat mengajukan gugatan pidana dengan dasar KUHP dan UU No. 1 Tahun 2023, serta MBG Watch siap mendampingi proses tersebut. Ia menilai kasus keracunan massal di berbagai daerah membuktikan program MBG tidak mampu memitigasi risiko sehingga harus dihentikan total atau setidaknya membubarkan SPPG dan menggantinya dengan skema dapur sekolah atau komunitas. Saat menjenguk siswa SMAN 1 Lasem Rembang yang dirawat inap, ditemukan 777 korban dengan sebagian siswa mengalami trauma dan menolak mengonsumsi MBG lagi di kemudian hari.
