Baleg DPR Sepakat RUU Reforma Agraria Jadi Usul Inisiatif, BRAN Bakal Dibentuk
Baleg DPR menyepakati RUU Pengaturan Reforma Agraria sebagai usul inisiatif DPR dan akan dibawa ke paripurna untuk disahkan. RUU tersebut terdiri dari 16 Bab dan 70 Pasal yang mengatur pelaksanaan fungsi sosial tanah berdasarkan UU No. 5 Tahun 1960. RUU ini juga mencakup pembentukan Badan Reforma Agraria Nasional (BRAN) untuk mengintegrasikan mekanisme lintas sektor.
