Paripurna Tetapkan RUU Reforma Agraria Jadi Usul Inisiatif DPR
5 masa sidang I 2026-2027 menyetujui RUU Pengaturan Reforma Agraria sebagai usul inisiatif DPR pada Selasa (8/9), setelah menerima sikap fraksi-fraksi secara tertulis. RUU tersebut mengatur pembentukan Badan Reforma Agraria Nasional (BRAN) yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden untuk menyelenggarakan reforma agraria, serta mengatur penataan, pengendalian, dan pembatasan penguasaan tanah dengan batas minimum dan maksimum. Ketua Panja Ahmad Iman Sukri menyebutkan draf RUU terdiri dari 16 bab dan 70 pasal, dan akan dilanjutkan ke tahap pembahasan selanjutnya sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan.
